Welcome
My name is Kathryn McClusky. I help people connect to their intuitions through self-reflection to assist them in making life decisions. By going through this process, one can become a better version of themselves if they so choose by learning to make decisions that are more in alignment with their who they are at the core. This content is delivered via a self-paced online course, in person workshops and retreats, and personalized support sessions as many need an objective perspective to see things about themselves that they aren't noticing. I have my RN license so I'm covered to facilitate this type of content being that it's related to mental health.

Facilitating groups through the self-reflection booklets during an hour and a half long session.

Facilitating groups through a variety of intuitive creativity practices over a five hour period to help them dive deeper into self-reflection.
HIGHLIGHTS
DANCE | Two dance performances that I could very easily relate to my own experience of moving from grief to authenticity.
MY JOURNEY | A fictional story inspired by my years working in the hospital that was published in the WALL 2024 Literary Journal.
ARTWORK | A piece of mixed media that symbolizes the near death experience my mother went through during her immunosuppressive cancer therapy.
BLOG POST | A performance in a hummingbird inspired dance costume designed by Viktoria Tauz who overcame many obstacles to make this happen.
WORKSHOP | A collaboration with Cade Spinello who inspires students to never ever give up as they analyze where they're currently at in life through writing.
PODCAST | An inspiring interview on OC in Focus with MK Sills who is choosing to move through family trauma after the death of her mother.
