There are many different path(s) you can take in life. What’s important is that you self-reflect and figure out if you want to continue staying on the one you’re on or if you want to make a change.

  • To learn about who you are, connect more with your intuition, and find out what influences your decisions.

  • To become more inclined to make decisions in life that are in alignment with who you truly are instead of following down a road that other people, fears or habitual responses get you to go in.

    1. Learn the elements

    2. Use the tools

    3. Apply to life decisions

  • Where this can be applied:

FORMATIVE YEARS (3-13): Connect interests to learning to better assimilate material

HIGH SCHOOL YEARS (14-18): Choose a life path in alignment with interests and talents

YOUNG ADULTHOOD (19-24): Understand the impact of a career choice on your future life

FAMILY (25-44): Decide on your roles and how the environment impacts your life

MIDDLE ADULTHOOD (45-64): Combine interests, knowledge and talents to create a unique life path

RETIREMENT (65+): Reflect on who you’ve become and make decisions to keep you doing what you enjoy.

Bits of Wisdom

As I would self-reflect, bits of wisdom would come through my writings. I recognized it was guidance for how to move forward. Collecting these words, I created these self-reflection booklets to pass along this guidance in hopes that in collaboration with the additional tools provided, they can help you on your path in life so it feels more in alignment with who you truly are.

THE SELF-REFLECTION PROCESS

Make your own path.

Note: As you unveil different layers of yourself, you can be working through a combination of these stages at the same time in various ways.

  • FIND

The part of you that never got the opportunity to find yourself many times because of past trauma and various other aspects.

Here you are looking to take a pause and self-reflect on previous life events to help you gain a different perspective on the situation and move forward.

  • RECONNECT

The part of you who lost track and shied away from yourself because of previous events, influences of others, or self-doubt in your talents.

Here you are looking to acknowledge where you veered from your path(s) and why you did it so you can decide to come back to your interests if you so choose.

  • ENHANCE

The part of you that is interested in combining your talents, interests and skills sets to make your own path in life.

Here you are seeking ways to combine your interests carving out a unique direction that brings forth your individualistic expression.
